Problem

The client wanted a marketplace for event services — planning, birthday parties, weddings, decorations, catering, photography, and celebrations. The biggest challenge was allowing users to book multiple services from different vendors in a single checkout while each vendor received the correct share of the payment, commissions were calculated accurately, and orders were managed independently.

Solution

We developed Lailah, a Flutter-based multi-vendor event booking platform that enables users to browse, compare, and book services from multiple vendors within a single order. We implemented a scalable booking workflow with a payment distribution system that splits payments across vendors, maintains separate order management, tracks booking statuses, and integrates secure payment processing through backend APIs. The application also includes user authentication, vendor listings, booking management, notifications, and a modern mobile experience for both Android and iOS.
