GreeLogix ("we," "us," or "our") is a software development agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build AI products, custom software, and digital platforms for clients in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and other markets. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit greelogix.com, submit forms, book calls, or otherwise interact with us.

2.1 Information you provide

  • Contact and lead forms — name, email, company, phone, project details, and any message you submit.
  • Calendly bookings — name, email, and scheduling metadata when you book a strategy call or audit debrief.
  • WhatsApp / messaging — phone number and conversation content if you contact us via WhatsApp or similar channels we advertise.
  • Job applications — resume/CV, LinkedIn profile, and related hiring details if you apply via our careers page.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Analytics cookies (GA4 / Google Tag Manager) — approximate location, device/browser type, pages viewed, referral source, and engagement events. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID configured on-site) and Google Tag Manager to understand site usage and improve conversion paths.
  • Technical logs — IP address, user agent, and request metadata may be processed by our hosting provider (e.g. Netlify) for security and reliability.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes, audits, or project proposals.
  • Schedule and run consultation or discovery calls.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use contact-form data to train public AI models.

4. Third-party processors

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the business:

  • Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — website analytics and tag management.
  • Calendly — meeting scheduling.
  • HubSpot (forms) — contact form embedding and lead capture, where enabled.
  • Meta / WhatsApp — messaging when you initiate contact via WhatsApp.
  • Hosting & CDN (Netlify or equivalent) — serving the website and processing edge logs.
  • Email providers — delivering transactional and reply emails to [email protected].

These processors act under their own privacy policies. We require them to process data only for the services we request.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for site function and analytics cookies via GA4/GTM. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but may limit our ability to improve it.

6. Retention

  • Lead and contact records — retained while an active conversation or project is ongoing, and typically up to 24 months afterward unless a longer period is required for contracts, invoices, or legal claims.

We operate from Pakistan and serve clients internationally. Your data may be processed in Pakistan, the United States (e.g. Google, Calendly, hosting), or other countries where our processors maintain infrastructure. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses with processors.
