Problem

Traditional gym and coaching management is fragmented — trainers struggle to scale beyond in-person clients, users lack structured digital coaching for workouts and nutrition, and there is no unified platform for subscriptions, payments, progress tracking, and trainer-client communication in the GCC market.

Solution

We built a full-stack Laravel 12 backend powering a three-sided fitness marketplace: a mobile REST API for iOS/Android, a trainer web dashboard (Inertia + React + TypeScript), and an admin web dashboard (Inertia + React + Shadcn UI). The system supports dual subscription models (workout + meal plans), MyFatoorah payment processing, Firebase push notifications, SMS OTP verification, real-time WebSocket chat via Laravel Reverb, and full English/Arabic localization.

Problem
